Destruction of an innocent bicycle, bullying
(Cross-posted from childfree. Edited a bit of the language. Just crossed my mind this would be relevant because not only did it make me rage, but it gave me something to focus on for the past couple days)

See that bicycle? That was my brother's and he was going to give it to my sister. They are respectively 13 and 11 years old. Only a few months ago they stopped being homeless and don't have a lot of toys to play with.Bike riding is a big activity for them.
That kid is 15 years old and his parents aren't doing anything while he wrecks my sibling's bikes. Apparently their father is also in the video and is aware of this and the parents choose not to do anything.
I hope they enjoy a video from the cops because there's proof and evidence that he's wrecking his bike and the parents neglected to do a thing. I think it's stupid to film yourself doing shit like this because it just gets you CAUGHT.
I just can't believe a 15-year-old would do this. He should know better. :|
