Audioslave at Live 8
I know this isnt the Audioslave group, and i have already posted about them, but I saw their performance at Berlin via AOL and they covered Killin in the Name. Now I have heard some bad songs in my day, but I must say, this song is probly the worst cover I've ever heard. Chris tried to use some kind of southern accent or something for his Zack imitation and absolutely killed the song. And just before the massacre went down, when Chris finished playing Black Hole Sun (which is a completely different rant), Chris ordered everyone to "put your fist in the air," but he says it so unnaturally. And even everyone else just sounded like crap, different effects or something. And I'm sure we've all seen Rage play Killin live so you cant argue it's a studio song. And to think I was actually starting to like Audioslave after their new album. I never thought I could be so disgusted with one song.
