While I haven't gone so far as to use RATM in school projects, they too have made an impact on my life.

Tom Morello was the reason I picked up a guitar, and 3 years later, I'm enjoying it. I've been played drums in 2 bands and guitar in 1, and their music influenced a lot of the songs we cranked out.

I have no qualms about Audioslave, but I don't think their music has given Tom his chance to show off, like he did with RATM.

i like cris cornell...soundgaredn was one of my fave bands...audioslave needs to go tho so the other 2 phenomenal bands can rise again...especially rage of course

Audioslave isn't so bad. Could be worse. That's just my opinion.

and on Audioslave I like them I mean therer never going to be Rage and I think that's the point as they needed to get away from that or the band would not work, and there never going to be Soundgarden either which is good as you don't wanna fuck up the work you have done before by having another second rate band that people always think of when they hear your new band
