I never ask for much,but I am in desperate need of prayers and well wishes..... Clay and I are wanting another property.....and like yesterday....

we are being stalked by someone who is upset at me for helping someone he's victimized and defrauded for the last three years....
i helped someone get legal representation in a landlord-tenant matter...and she WON.
now, he's trespassing on our property, he tried to illegally enter MY HOME, and i've had to get the police involved and now both my husband and i have protective orders out on this greasy sombitch and now he wants my ass for doing what others should do--help those that are helpless.
he's angry at me for convincing her to go to the building inspector to get a total check on the residence she used to reside in...and it was condemmed. she was given 2 weeks to leave, she could take her stove, and she DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY HIM THE PREVIOUS 2 MONTH'S RENT.
This animal let her and her 4 (count 'em) babies go 25 days without HEAT during one of the coldest Octobers on record here in the STL...she spent nights in my home keeping the babies warm b/c she was too scared to turn on a space heater...she's asked him to fix things, and they were never "priority" with this monster.
so, i took her to my attorney that i use from time to time to help her....and he did.
He knows I did it because my job title is Legal Analyst....I didn't give legal advice, I just showed her some doors she could seek relief from....
Now, he stalks my husband and I...he comes and parks illegally on our property, he leaves nasty messages, he threatens....
Enough is Enough when you threaten my husband and my mother...Over the fucking line when you say to my mother--"i'll fucking finish what your cunt of a daughter started."
so, i had to come with the Proctective order.....as did my husband.
Since I work long hours and I come in late at night at least 3 nights a week, as does my husband, it is dicey at best...and we are leaving our home we love and we are going to live somewhere else...we are going to rent our home out and live closer to our respective jobs...
i hate that i have to go, but we see no other alternative....

That's horrible!!! Jesus... I'm thankful for the person you helped- what a hottible situation to be in with 4 babies. You are a lovely person and a wonderful woman. I'm so sorry this is happening to you and Clay- I will keep the both of you in my thoughts and prayers. XO
