I did much better on my second round of color processing! Though I spent the better part of the day waiting to develop one roll I can not say the day was a waste. I got to spend time with such creative and talented people. We talked about what our favorite 'weapons' of choice were (currently mine is the Canon AL-1), we talked about
Bansky, and great abandoned building locations. I find Film Developing Days with the DMS guys to be very peaceful. And calming. I mean I even ride the TRAIN to hang out with these guys on FDD and for those that don't know I prefer NOT getting on DART if I can help it.
After the machine 'ate' two of my rolls and effectively ruined most of the images with weird color distortions, dark and light parts due to poor chemical immersion, and causing crimped parts where the images cuts off, I decided it is time I start investing in some color processing kits. It's great to get with the Steves, Erin, and Guy but I really hate using up all their chemicals to develop my stuff and while I usually only do a roll or two I want to start upping my processing output so I can cut the lab out completely.
