If you've been gone from LiveJournal for forever and a day, or you have an old account that you've assured me is history, or you've been assiduously ignoring me for like five years, I've taken the name off my list. This is in the interest of reality, not spite. Of course, if you'd like to crawl out of the woodwork and care, I'd be pleasantly surprised.
