Raffy:

Happy New Year right back at you sweetie!

So glad to hear that your tumor was benign, hope you are feeling fabulous soon. ::hugs::

Hummm - re: the bisexuality question. While I have never been attracted to another woman sexually I think there are very few folks, if they are honest with themselves, that are exclusively attracted to people of the opposite gender (Not many Kinsey 0's or 6's).

I also hate labels, I love who I love - unabashedly - without needing or wanting to quantify it for someone else's benefit. All love is beautiful anyway.

So that's my soliloquy & I'm sticking to it
>grin

I remember when I had my tonsils out (unfortunately only 2 years ago) and I subsisted on apple juice, jello, Popsicles, and pudding for 2 1/2 weeks. I was sure I was going to re-open my scabs - YUCK.

Too bad I didn't keep the weight I lost off. :(

I noticed some people on my flist had their tonsils removed... but why??
This is gonna sound real lame but does it have any effect on your voice? One thing's for sure though... we have to abstain from blowjobs for a while

LMFAO

The ugly story:
I had strep throat for a solid 6 months. No that is not normal, I was at a job I Loathed and they abused me. Really wore me down. I took every antibiotic know to man. Thanks to the lovely HMO system of healthcare in Dairyland (& USA) I kept seeing different doctors. On my fifth diagnosis I ended up seeing my regular Dr who promptly (& finally) sent me to an ENT Dr. By the time I saw him I had my sixth flare up and even at "my advanced age" (his words - misogynistic pig) he recommended I get my tonsils out.

I haven't noticed a lot with my speaking voice but I have noticed a deepening of my singing voice - and I felt like I had to re-learn some of the control to get pitch & tone on key. The biggest thing I noticed is that I now snore and not cute little sexy snuffles either! Hubby also is not thrilled. I think it has something to the change in my soft palate. And having bad sinuses to begin with doesn't help ( ... )
