I have seen this film before but I have received mixed views from the movie. One of the mixed views were at the beginning of the film that it had showed a calculation of what Harold (Main Character) does. I kept focusing on all the animation besides understanding what it had really meant. I knew that I was writing a paper about it but I didn’t speculate it to be that hard of a paper. My opinions drastically changed from the first time I saw it at the movie theater. One reason is that the Author who was typing her manuscript for her book had exactly interpreted Harold in everything he was doing. Basically the author is writing a biography of Harold’s life and how he always depended on his watch. I loved how Harold thought he was somewhat crazy at first if someone was talking to him and how he managed through it by having a professor (mentor) help him find that person who interprets what he does. One of the advices that the professor offered Harold to do that I find funny is for him to do the exact opposite of what he does on a regular basis. Eventually, Harold finds his true love who owns/works at the bakery while he was on duty for the IRS. Overall, my opinions and point of views have changed and I truly understood the whole meaning of this movie involving Harold’s life that is controlled by what the author types on her manuscript.
