I am work today...HA! There's only one other person here and they are in a different building. It's great. I brought my book and Nintendo DS (Animal Crossing - I love this game, assept I keep calling it Animal Planet)
Christmas was great. I made the BEST EVAR scalloped potatoes FILLED with naughty dairy for my lactose intolerance. I've paid dearly, but it was worth it. :) It was a low-stress dinner too. Cinnabon for breakfast the past, oh say...5 days. lol
Yeah...uh...who wants to join me on a Jan. 1st holiday detox? Detox from family, from comatose states, from a sink filled with dirty dishes because you're actually home, from traveling and all that comes with that...and finally, with the 10 lbs. we've put on since Halloween. :P
I gotta start the daily exercise again. Like every other American who does this for the first month and then by Feb. we're pooping out. I've decided that I'm going to do a lot of walking. I like to walk. I walk fast naturally. Anything to get myself moving again.
Leaving this Fri. to see my sibs. It should be interesting. With the one phone call I made to my Mom's last night, two kids crying in the background, discipline over the phone and hysterical laughter as my sister describes her daughter sticking the baby doll bottle in it's pee hole. Oh for joy. This is going to be fun! (thank gawd we got our own hotel room)
