WHY?
So everyone that graduated from Kelly will know that we lost such a great person. Rebekah was such a great person to be around. I have so many fond memories of Rebekah while we cheered together. There were times at camp she was dancing around- being Rebekah. Of course, Rebekah and I didn't remain "close" friends after high school, which I regret!
I feel like there are so many friends of mine from high school that are addicted to drugs. I hear stories after stories about people I went to school with. What do I do? Nothing. I sit back and wonder what I can do to change their life around. I can't do anything. The only thing I do is pray that God will lead them back to the right direction. There are so many that I have lost contact with over the years. I only talk to maybe 2 people that I was friends with in high school. All the ones that knew Rebekah- we need to really pray that the ones that are still addicted, change their lives around. The ones that will miss her dearly, lets remember the good times we had with Rebekah. The ones where we went to her house and acted like "girls" and just had fun. Let's remember her for that and not the last few years of her life.
