Granola

I made some granola last night -- super simplistic, just oats, some nuts, raisins, and cinnamon, ginger, salt, with the usual binding of oil, water, molasses. And it, by golly, is the best one I've made this year. I put it in a refurbished pickle jar to store, and it is lovely over fruit and/or yogurt. Boring, but still.
