my coworkers keep blankets draped over their chairs and when it gets chilly, they walk around wrapped in the blankets. It looks like an office of refugees.

Wow... yeah, that's worse than our office. Most people here just layer undershirt and overshirt and have light overcoats for in the office in the middle of winter.

Its horrid... but it seems that when the temperature outside drops below 20 its really impossible to achieve warmth _in_ the office.
