Well twin B is Sunstorm and Twin A is a glitch to guess...

You actually made it rather easy. You said he was twitchy and that he would be a 'glitch' to guess.

I was trying to give small hints but not too hard that was my 'in plain sight-ish' one My brother made me toss it in for all of you guessing

Twin set 2:
Twin A
a. Thinks he could have a promising career in music...(He won't)
b. Loves making his oldest Sibling(a sister) go crazy by changing the door lock height requirements...
c. Once tried to mail himself to Arcee, but sadly for him it didn't work...
Twin B
a. LOVES playing on any computer or electronic device.
b. Has a love of music other than his brothers attempts at it..
c. Changed the label on the box his brother tried to mail himself to Arcee in, He sent him to Kup instead...
Both
a. Known as pranksters by their faction.
b. Thought by some to have a death wish.
c. Should Stop taunting the seekers if they want to live...

Twin set 3:
Twin A
a. Goes by a new name since he had an up-grade right around the start of the war.
b. Once admired Megatron for his power and flight, but not any more.
c. Wishes that all the war could just end and everyone could live in peace.
Twin B
a. Is known to make a few too many bets on board his faction's base, ad more off it...
b. Love's a good game of cards more than a femme any day.
c. Has been trying to find his brother since he heard about the accident that forced his up-grade.
Both
a. Have Blue and red on them..
b. Are good planers and people look up to them for it.
c. Care deeply for the needs of others above their own.

Twin set 4:
Twin A
a. Was placed into her current form by Shockwave and programed for loyalty to Megatron(The programs are starting to break...)
b. Wishes the one she wants would notice her, but she can't tell him she's a femme...(She's very upset at this, Has no clue that he's thinking he's gay for his 'buddy')
c. Can deal with Starscream much easier than others as She knows about His family and he knows about hers.
Twin B
a. Has implied that she is older than she is to get to her current rank.
b. Is considered by the school she went to the smartest femme to ever grace the halls of learning, but said she was too young to graduate.
c. Has excellent aim and can hit anything she wants for as much or as little damage as she wants...
Both
a. Have a soft spot for a good prank pulled off well without getting caught.
b. Both are Femme's that Mixmaster has guessed, but play it off as a joke.
c. They have one other sibling whom was older, but has not survived the war to their knowledge.

Twin B of set 4 is indeed Ratchet but her A is not TC... TC has two living Siblings...
