I'll give more hints later about siblings...
but for now Astrotrain and Dead End.

Astrotrain
a. Plays Mixmasters game with him, but unknown to them has gotten ever guess wrong.
b. Just wants to be friends with the other Shuttles so they could have a full trine, like the seekers.
c. Astrotrain sometimes talks about Astrotrain in third person to make Astrotrain seem more important to others than Astrotrain. Astrotrain.

Dead End
a. Is secretly an optimist but deeply believes in Murphy's Law
b. Thinks he looks much sexier in the comic than in the cartoon that those humans made...(See the difference first pic to the other's.. http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Dead_End_(G1) )
c. Has wondered in the past if he'd be better off joining the autobots, because the cons mistake him for one of the known sets twins so often...

I'll be back later with the others... add some more...
p.s. throwing you a bone, there are in my headcanon at least seven sets of twins and all but three are 'hiding' being twins if they know about it or not. Also two sets of triplets...
if you ask about them I'll give the facts but not a name...

Drag Strip
a. Does not know what his top speed is...He's never reached it.
b. Secretly bribes swindle to get him the same paint as Sunstreaker.
c. Sometime enjoys a leisurely slow drive on a quite scenic route.

Brawl
a. Is actually very quite in his off time or with someone he trusts..
b. Hopes his team mates(and everyone else) would stop telling him to bend over every time his handgun jams...
c. Hates using guns.

Your Astrotrain makes me think of that guy William Shatner played in... Ok, I can't remember the name of the series, but I think he often said his name for no reason just so he'd be the center of attention.

Dead End is cute. I want to hug him.

The Astrotrain this is a bit of an in joke but still funny, and I think poor Dead End needs some hugs and a cuddle to make p for the cons...
