Hehe. Life is only as good as you make it. Center on yourself. Today = good day. Wasn't overly fun...in fact, it involved work (which actually wasn't as bad as it could be...between an overflowing coffee pot, Jessica W spilling the mop bucket [while rushing to clean up someone ELSE'S mess], and then immediately spilling a glass right after we get the floor clean from Jessica' spill, it was an eventful Sunday morning).
I woke up blah...but then I decided to just do for me. And I did. I came back from work, I cooked, I chilled with my roomie while watching Law and Order, and now I'm relaxing and procrastinating (but getting to my homework) and putting pictures of my recent good times up on Facebook.
I was looking through them, and realized how many good friends I have, guys and girls. And they all "take me the way I am". Sometimes I don't think I focus enough on my friends. They're all amazing people: Jen, Di, and Mandie; the guys; the cafe peeps; ASC peeps; former EQ peeps; CASA peeps; my new roomie.
And with all of them, I'm living my dream and pressing on toward my next dream. I could wallow in certain aspects of life that aren't so fabulous, but I'd rather focus on the fabulous.
So yay for me getting through this semester.
Yay for already having a second interview, yay for applying to jobs and finding new ones all the time to interest me.
Yay for hot days in October and fall leaves on trees, for fun in the Arb, for camping trips (up-coming).
Yay for Ashley's and Dominick's, and Bar Louis!
Yay for friends, yay for fun times, yay for parties and dancing and sore legs the next morning!
Yay for making up for crappy weeks with fantastic weekends!
Yay for life. ;)
