Phew, so I tried to do a little more today.
Went to see Narnia with the fam. Can I just say that Peter is adorable? Waaaaay cute for a kid. He'll probably break hearts when he's older. My only beef is Lucy's hair. Damnit, I swear she's a blonde in the books. I loved the White Witch's hair at the battle scene... and how cool was it that her chariot was pulled by polar bears? So fitting. And then the terrific crash of the two armies colliding... the leopards and the white tigers hitting each other with ear-splitting wild cat roars. It was great. ^_^ And very nearly as true to the book as you could get.
Theeeen there was grocery shopping (oye). Turned in my camera from back at Halloween to get developed. Watch me forget it's there.
Came back, and set up the Christmas tree with my younger bro. He's feeling under the weather, so I did the last bit of tree decorating myself, with dad fixing the tree top star. (My bro and I can't get it straight for the life of us... then dad, who takes no other part in the decorating except to do this) walks up to the tree, adjusts the star minutely and suddenly it's straight. Guess that's what dads are for.
I didn't even realize how late it was, but after doing more laundry (ugh, I've been at it for days), finishing all the other Christmas decorations, doing dishes and tidying the house, I realized that it was 10:45pm! Where did the day go? Guess that's what happens when you keep yourself busy. Then again, my day only began at 2:30pm. :P
Now I'm talking to Justin, Auken and Jen T. All is well, and I'm relaxed and comfortable. Season's cheer to all of you. Go watch Narnia, go drink tea and go enjoy the holidays!
