Help Me Out

Now that I am pretty much cleared to exercise I want to start eating healthy.  My goal is to be able to be in the best physical shape possible before we start TTC next summer.  That means I am cutting fast food out of my diet.  (I haven't eaten much since two weeks before my surgery, but every once in a while I give in.)  No more fried foods, etc.  I need some quick and easy low-fat, healthy recipes.
