You know, it's hard to have regrets in life when you think about it. Who doesn't choose the best decision for them at every moment? When do we tell ourselves "hey, I'm going to do something I'll hate"? I like to think of it that way. Maybe I don't have a career yet, but I can say "pft, I had fun in my twenties."
I think the thirties are going to herald in grown-upped-ness. But it's okay. I think I'm ready for it. I had a great twenties. I had fun, partied, and traveled like whoa.
I passed my driver test. No surprise, but still. (I did bomb the parallel parking by sticking out a few feet, but he didn't care so much.) Now I have one more thing under my belt on the path to maturity. Degree, check. Driver's license (take two), check (once I get it authorized at the Secretary of State). Next is finding a job and hopefully a car to drive me to it.
