I'm still numb
It's beginning to sink in that I soon won't have a job. At least now I know WHY my store is closing permanently (or at least what they've told us peons). Apparently, despite the sudden, huge increase in the cost of electricity all over North Little Rock, the mall where I have my second job decided to charge WAY more for their rent. My store is closing permanently and a number of others are moving to new locations. I'd simply transfer to the Brentano's across the river except it's closing as well. Here's to hoping Janet will have plenty of work for us come February. *crosses fingers*
