I can't watch the video because I'm still at work, but the article was cool.
I know that there's a level of risk in all medical studies, but for some reason I find this one really scary. The results are awesome though. I'll be interested to see if they find the treatment works on older folks as well as children.

I'd heard about that--there's at least one similar study going on in the US. So far, though, all the research is specific to kids...

I figured you would have heard about it, but I manage to miss the biggest things so who knows.
I'd guess that it'd be a lot harder, if it's possible at all, to get the same effect on adult systems.

I don't know. I mean, allergy shots work for adults, too, and as far as I know, they operate on the same principle of gradual desensitization.

It's a pretty low-stress thing--people write articles when they have the time, and don't when they don't. I've gone months between contributions.
