Oh My God You Guys
LF got me vegan chocolate ginger truffles. Safe vegan chocolate ginger truffles.*
The place that makes them does peanut, too (and it's listed in the ingredients because they use a comprehensive list on their gift boxes, which kind of threw me until LF explained), but she asked and they said the peanut ones are actually made in a different facility and they keep them all carefully segregated by flavor until display and could get ones out of boxes instead of the display case so there'd definitely be no cross-contamination. She also apparently insisted that they change their gloves before doing so, because she is a freakin' rock star like that.
And OH MY GOD they're awesomely good. And about as big as my head. And full of spicy gingery chocolatey love.
