UGH! Right in the middle of my reply to your post about taping basketball and finishing that book, my power goes out! AGAIN! This is the third time the power has gone out here this week. Plus, it goes out once a week already. It's so annoying.
Anywho, i was writing something really funny, but it's a moot point now, or as Joey from friends would say a "moo" point.
It was something about how you should follow whoever's bouncing the big orange ball for when you tape the basketball game. It was much funnier in my head(you'd have to hear the inflection in my voice)! ;)
On the book front, I know exactly what you mean. I felt that way when I was reading The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn(11th Grade), Lord of the Flies (10th grade) and Animal Farm(9th Grade). I also felt that way when I was reading WICKED. Greg MacGuire is so long-winded. Any book that has a map in the front can never be a good thing. Very few of the book I've read have made it through unscathed. They've all been thrown across the room at one point or another. (no walls were injured or harmed during the hissy fit)
