haha, a bit surreal today. finally for certain that tubby is leaving, and you would think that the world was coming to an end the way everyone is acting.

people in this state really need to find something better to occupy themselves with.

I don't know what you are talking about. Did the university finally decide it's a waste to spend state funds on something which doesn't improve education or build infrastructure, and which provides a temporary economic boost that vanishes as quickly and easily as it arrives? Or did they just change the person they're wasting the money on?

i believe it was the latter, though dont quote me on that. i'm sure i will get to hear more about it today.

oh and btw, i am heading out to CA next week for a bit, will try to catch you this weekend so we can commiserate about things and stuff, though probably none of it tubbys departure.
