I've decided to use my blog as a training journal from now on. I have recently committed to train to run the Seattle Half-Marathon this November. I've done this as a part of the Arthritis Foundation's Joints in Motion program. As many of you know, I have rheumatoid arthritis. This is a big part of why I feel committed both to reaching athletic goals and raising money for the Arthritis Foundation. In addition to committing to running in the race, I have committed to raise $1500 in donations for the Arthritis Foundation. Check out
