2010 Goals
Goals 2010 - HooRah!
Just to have a record and a little bit of accountability by letting others know about my goals.
Financial
• Reduce all credit card and family debt by 20%
• Afford current 2 bedroom apartment by myself
• Buy a new vehicle (small SUV)
• Build savings -
o 3 months emergency and
o down payment for a house by 2012 at latest
Professional
• Secure full time employment
• Embrace teaching
o Plan more interactive lessons
o Develop writing center
• Build resume in tech writing & editing
• Secure paid contract work in tech writing & editing
• Travel writing class, maybe others as well
Personal/Practical
• Talk less, listen more
• The Great Paper Project of 2010
• Read more outside the Sci-fi/Fantasy genre
• Loose weight & eat healthier
• Volunteer work
• First aid certified
• Explore hobbies
