Day one.
This day started out pretty normal, that is until we left the little guys with Sonya. It was hard saying good bye to them, and I just hope that I come back to see them again.
But enough thinking about that. We're on a mission that is important to the entire human race, and we will not fail no matter what.
As ships go, this one is better than many I have been on. Guess since the last time I was onboard one of these, they had a chance to make a lot of improvements. The beds are great, and once you get use to the controls they're better as well. I noticed that the weapons system seems a lot more advanced, being able to target a piece of space dust. Boy have things improved.
After I took my position on the weapons console, yep that's my post, I went to the gym to work out. As Vegeta pointed out, since I am one of the weakest onboard I should take as much advantage of this as I can. I hate to say he's right, but I won't let anyone down. So lots of workout for me while we're onboard.
And I get to be teamed up with BJ. I'm glad he and I are on the same team. Sure I would like to be with Kia as well, but it makes sense. Hopefully one of us will make it if we both can't. I got to hand it to our generals, they thought of everything.
Well I think I'll do some more training before I hit the sheets. Anyone care to practice?
