today is our 8th anniversary!
while the years/days/weeks haven't always been pleasant, fun or otherwise wonderful - i'm happy that i have Chris is my life. Neither of us are perfect but we are pretty close to perfect for each other.
on a related note, i came out of the bedroom with my wedding dress on this morning. It is waaaayy too big (which feels pretty good) but my sweet little boy said.. "mama, you look like a princess!".. it was probably the sweetest thing anyone has ever said to me.
