In an Athenian Internet cafe...
So it seems that I have come halfway across the globe to write an entry in my live journal. Lameo. the worst part is that I am, simply, procrastinating my homework.
Anyway. Life in Greece is great. I wonder if they would notice if I just stayed here. Apparently it is extremely cheap to rent an apt. in Athens. Spring break, anyone?!!
Well, it's still quite fun here. The food schedule has me a little out-of-whack, though. They eat a large, early breakfast, midday lunch and then is siesta time. Dinner is usually at like 9-10pm. Maybe a little earlier. But if you go to dinner too much earlier, they will keep you there for a long time, as almost an advertisement for the restaurant because most of the tables are outside. In fact, as you walk down the streets you are guaranteed to walk through a number of cafes and probably a couple of shops, too. After the shops and restaurants close at night, the streets look completely different.
Oh man. getting hungry, time for a gyro (great stuff, SUPER cheap).
