well i'm especially inspired to go off on a feminism rant right now.
but i'm tired and need to go to bed so it will be the abridged version.
it really bothers me that so many beautiful and sensuous women are so insecure of their bodies that they can't fully enjoy the pleasures of sex. why measure your worth and sexuality as a woman against the ruler that the fucking MASS MEDIA puts out? here is where i'd like to go into the details on the multiple theories of oppression by the media and society but not tonight. go read a book, i suggest The Beauty Myth for starters.
the fact is that you are beautiful if you think you are. and thinking you are is entirely up to you. curves are beautiful. just as beautiful as no curves. big breasts, little breasts, flat bottoms, ghetto booties, thunder thighs and chicken legs. being a woman who respects and takes care of herself is what is beautiful. period.
your vagina is your's to own. it is not a dirty little secret. you don't have to hide under the covers with the lights out and your eyes closed. rip the sheets off the bed, turn the damn lights on, look your lover in the eye, fucking take pictures if you want! be a goddess!
it is my opinion that society, due to the events and thoughts that have occured since helenistic greece, will no longer allow women to enjoy sex and their bodies, because once they realize how incredible they really are, they realize how powerful they are. you know how a sexy woman can turn any man to putty in her hands. she understands her strength and she uses it. when a woman refuses to be a prisoner to her body she can rule the world if she's got the right brain in her head.
you don't have to be a prisoner. own your body, own your sexuality. don't let anyone tell you you're not beautiful, especially yourself.
