I am so anxious today! I am starting at Seviche today and I couldn't be more excited! I am really looking forward to turning a new page in my life and I feel like this would be a really good start for me. I can't stand steak n shake anymore, the money there has run completely dry. I love everyone that works there and I feel apart of such an amazing supportive family, but I am ready to start the high end restaurant life. I am excited to be in the kitchen again!
My apartment kicks ass and I am so looking forward to not having a box in sight and being able to entertain a lot. I am ready to start making money, I am ready to grow up!
Hopefully, if I do what I hope I can do at this restaurant, I might not have to go back to school! OMG! I could start my career now, although I feel like I have to get a degree sometime because I really want to have something under my belt. We'll just have to see!
Brian and I are on a very healthy break right now, which is a relief to me, I need no destractions while I am getting into a new regime. I still love him and we're really great friends, so we'll see how that goes.
Patrick who works at Seviche told me I could also get a job working with him in the fall at UofL's catering business. They apparently have really great benefits. So, I am just really excited to see what life has in store for me!
Anyway, Laura wanted me to post pictures of the new place, and unfortunately, I only have one, but here it is HAHAHA
