A doodlepost in which there is only one finished drawing and a lot of WIPs.

But back to your (not quite) regular doodle bulletin.
PART 1: MOLESKINE ADVENTURES.
Last March, I decided to make a sketchbook with (mostly) full illustrations every page. At the same time, there was a tiny story about a houseparty I wanted to make, although I wasn't sure how. Hoping to make sense of it one day, I thought I'd make a first draft in said Moleskin.
The next few pages are nearly all WIPs, with text disjointed, associated to songs. It's not quite a story, more of a little incursion following characters. Heavily influenced by my love for Phonogram, especially the Singles Club installment. And personal experience, too. I hope I can finish the whole thing, or the whole draft one day, & post it. Don't expect too much as a story, with such loose planning I suspect it's quite obscure and self indulgent .___.
And a playlist to go with it.
P1 An intro drawing. 62 (later renamed 27), quiet DJ Jesus who shall play songs that will make you dance and despair. Behind is one of these british victorian houses ( because most of the basis for this story comes from my time in england, people I met there, experiences.)
P2Introducing Narrator, who really does narrate a lot, so much 27 asks him to shut up.
Different versions of the same scene, on separate sketch paper. NARRATOR's face is supposed to be pixellated.
27's character is partly (65%) based off a very good friend of mine.
P3in tiny because it's a major WIP, but you still get it for the sake of continuity (?).
INTERLUDE 1: Two of the quadruplets, André & Andrew. A picture of many accidents, the latest taking place while watching Le Portrai de Petite Cosette (terrifying stuff). Fugly motifs replaced by clumsy white gouache 8D.
P4 WIP WIP. Narrator goes onto the dancefloor, hand reaching for(Hips like) Cinderella. A voice from behind calls NARRATOR a Dancerapist.
p5...Voice happens to be Warren, OC from Superfantastische! undercover. NARRATOR greets Warren and proceeds to narrate about him.
And then I got a bit obsessed by librarianocide, i.e "slaying people that look like librarians and feeding them their diaries". I'm not sure how the obsession for guts & books came about though, esp. since librarians are pretty relevant to my interests. This was inked in a hotel lobby while doing some volunteer work & waiting for a guest.

First ever & only Eleventh Doctor fanart from my part, doodled while watching god knows what. Was trying for something a little more free, from being amazed by muura super-loose yet super-well constructed style. So much energy *A*)/
Badou practice from before that short DOGS. comic. The shape of his head is rather odd, but I liked the blue colour pencil highlights.
Musepants & Niwabra. Just...don't ask. /goes into hiding.

For Touhou.net's booth at Japan Expo 2010, Kawanai, Mio & myself each contributed an illustration for a series of cards.

...yet I really have no idea how this thing with its terryfying pornstar pose came about.
Here's a tiny OL portfolio I made in late May, to go with an internship application~! They never got back to me though.There's some things I haven't shown, and no real style coherence, but feedback is always welcome :)~ It has a ridiculous name, too!
