My sleep has been bad again. Thursday I got out of the house once to get to a meeting, but have been inside since. My leg has a new set of pains (neuropathy) and I can't get to sleep until it settles down, and Friday people kept coming over after I got to sleep. Sleep at 6:30 or so, landlord at 9a, a friend at 10:30p, a delivery at 12noon, the same friend back at 2p (not unreasonable - in fact I'd rather have friends dropping by than not), and I gave up trying at 4p.
So up at 4p, stayed in (it got down to -3 in a nearby town, it was merely 10-degrees where I am) and again had trouble going to sleep. But I was asleep by 3a and it is now 3p. Twelve hours and a day gone. Sheesh.
About as unproductive as you can be, but this morning I woke up with chest pains and had to do the nitroglycerine thing - which gives me a hella headache, but is better than the alternative, so far.
I found this guy on YouTube, but went to his site. I'm impressed.
