so.. well things have been fun lately. on tuesday i think, i went over to monica's house. she taught me how to make crab ragoon and eggrolls. that was fun, we ate everything. then we started to talk about what she's going to do for her b-day next week. it's going to be so much fun. lol. which reminds me, there's 3 birthdays next week. Cannon, Abby, and Monica. and Anberlin, the dillinger escape plan, my chemical romance, PLAIN WHITE T'S, and lucky boy confusion is playing next week. so yeah next week is oh so very eventful.
I had to stay after school on wednesday. ACK. but kathy stayed after with me, lol. god i love kathy. she's so funny. i drove her home after school and she was looking at the names in my phone book. i have the cell phone where you can say their name and it calls them. (my friend andrew s changed them all so they say really weird things, lol) but anyway, after like the 4th name, she thought someone was trying to talk on the phone so she was like, "hello? hello? are you there??!!" lol you just had to be there. then at like the intersection on 120th and maple she was like, "have you heard of that band, bashing benjamin?" and i was like, "do you mean breaking benjamin" and wow. she lives up on 156th st. that was a long drive.. not. however we're going to be going to tons of concerts this fall.. AND I MEAN TONS!
well that's about it.
i've decided i want the Joey Cape and Tony Sly acoustic album. Joey is the lead singer of Lagwagon and Tony is the lead singer of No use for a name. it's really cool because they perform eachother's songs with eachother. 'Violins' and 'not your savior' are my favourites.
"i believe in medication and i believe in therapy
and i believe in crystal light
'cause i believe in me yeah
it's so uplifting
fuck yeah
i barely have motivation
they say i suffer from a lack of seratonin synapses
they happen too
infrequently for me to be functioning properly
i took the pills i took the advice the panic stopped
but i'm still not right
racing thoughts and wasted time
it's the same old story-line"
