Talk about a NON answer
McCain can't even answer a simple question in this September 10th invterview with a Portland, Maine TV station. He goes off on some kind of Paln vs. Obama rant (isn't this race between McCAIN and Obama?) and his answer to every question about National Security is "Energy." It's just bizarre. The comments on YouTube are pretty damn funny.
