Jackass A-tech for being all smiles and nods and pretending the support the damn thing when your damn library wife came over to visit. 100%? By 2014, the standards will have risen so that 100% of all the students in a school need to pass the requirements to meet proficiency standards? What an impossible and daydreamy statistic. Never, ever, ever will there be such a percentage of human perfomance like that. 100%. That is impossible. Bush. You jackass. Choke on a cracker! Labeling and stamping schools because some of their students do not test well on your jackassed federally-required evaluation does not solve the problem of poor education in the country. Thats a step backwards. You are not making anyone feel better by saying that school "needs improvement." Fund the schools that need the help so that the learning can improve, get better teachers, suggest alternate teaching methods, but just giving a kid a test and if they fail, deem the whole school "RETARDED" doesn't help.
