Hello, world
Its pretty pathetic when one of your good friends messages you on Myspace and says 'I added you on LJ, but it seems like you don't update it anymore.' So, by my record, its been almost three years since I've had anything to do with this website/blog. I don't know who the fuck people are anymore, I don't know what groups I belong to, and I certainly am not the same person anymore. I've evolved a lot and am proud of it. Its going on three years since my mother has passed (pretty much since I've ended my LJ) and I am happy to say that life is going just ducky. I am proud of myself. I am strong and have been through a lot and am happy to be me (sometimes).
Florida has nothing to offer me anymore, I feel. At least where I am. I want to be mobile and in control of where I go. I want to be able to see my friends whenever I need to/want to. I have built up and maintained some pretty stellar friendships, as well. I struggle a lot, but whatever. Who doesn't?
So, if anyone is even my friend anymore, I would love to get this thing up and kickin' again. Hi, I'm Emily. Same parts, new paint job. It would be great to be reintroduced to everyone. Comments? That would be lovely.
Also: I would love to know whether or not you know me in real life. Thats what I want most, friends who know me 'IRL', if you will.
