i neeeeed new clothes! haha.
my pants don't fit, and i've taken to wearing Joel's sweats. (HAHA how appealing and uh girl like :P) I'm kidding. I like raiding Joel's closet but it would be nice to have some dressier kind of things.
I may have only put on 3 lbs but it feels like a lot more. I think I've probably put on the 5lbs or so of pregnancy weight, but i lost body weight at the same time because i was so sick during the first trimester ie. (Jenn + Food = BAD) I'm still not a big meal kinda gal (Except at Breaky. man can I eat TOAST lol) um right. but yeah I still kinda prefer picking to "meals" per say. I made chicken pot pie for supper tonight. One of my faves. I ate my whole meal, but kinda regret it now, should have had just a snack sized portion now, and a snack sized portion later, but you live and you learn :)
I've also taken to baking quite a bit. I LOVE to cook, and I've had the time to do it, so I have been lol.
Joel goes away for a week at the end of the month, and I think at that point I might start clearing boxes out of our spare room and start making it look more like a nursury. I think I'm gonna go with green and white as a colour scheme. Good for boys and girls, and well, I just like green. That and the Old Winnie the Pooh. haha.
Now is a good time for me to start working on it, because once I get back to school in January, I don't expect to have all that much time on my hands.
Did I mention I've put my Christmas Tree up?! haha. I have. I love Christmas, and it's a really really pretty tree :) I'll have to take a photo and post it. My mom made me these little snowflake and elf ornaments, and they just give the tree that extra added touch of love.
We're getting MORE snow. It's definitely winter here. It has been since about a week before Hallowe'en. When it snowed the first time, I made the mistake of saying that it wouldn't stay. BOY was I wrong. They do not use salt on the roads here, because it's too cold in the winter for the salt to work. It's better for the car that's for sure.
Joel's Christmas party is on Dec. 2. I'm looking forward to that, despite the lack of ability to consume alcoholic beverages. haha. that's okay though, alcohol isn't something I really miss. It'll be nice. It's dinner and a dance and you can win door prizes etc. I might look into getting a belly band for my black dress pants and a new top to wear :P
Anywho, I'm rambling. I think I'm just bored, and I should probably go and find something to do haha.
