tried to stay afloat in shallow water.

For creative writing, I have to get twenty-five poems by other people (famous or not) for a portfolio type thing. If anyone knows of any good poems, by someone famous or not, let me know. Or, if you have poems you wrote that you like, and you don't mind that I use them, feel free to give 'em to me. You'll get credit and everything. Thnx. I only have to do twenty-five because creative writing is going to be an honor's credit for me. Blahhhhh. But I love that class. I have to write a sonnet for it. Bleh.

In other school news, I started my routine in dance yesterday. It's alright. I need to go run tonight, and practice the routine. Because it's our six weeks test. Haha, we're dancing to "Ice, Ice Baby". That's too funny.

Mmm, what else? My grades are A's right now. So I guess I'm okay. World History will be ten times better when I get fully caught up. I just need to get into the habit of reading the chapters and reading them RIGHT. Chemistry is soeasy. I didn't think it would be because I skipped I.P.C. (Integrated Physics and Chemistry) and just did Chemistry. All the people in there are Juniors. Heh. Hm. English is good. The class is way too easy to be Pre-A.P., though. It astonishes me. I'm going to email my old English teacher and see if she can recommend any books for me to read. We're reading Antigone in English, outside of class, and it's in our Lit books. Plus, we're studying Edgar Allan Poe, which is old news for me, since I did a 20 page or so report on him in eighth grade. I know all there is to know, lol.

Geometry is ... okay. I think. I'm not doing bad. But the teacher is a coach, and coaches are always easy teachers, I've learned. French is too fun. I love that I'm learning all these new phrases. I can tell time in French, and other stuff. But I'm better at writing and spelling everything than I am at actually ... saying it.

I think that's all. I just thought I would talk about something else besides ... him. Ciao. I gottah look up more poems for this creative writing junk, and then I have a bit of homework to do, including memorize my numbers in French. =)
