(no subject)
This is the first day I've missed two games. I spent the day in Cologne first to only have lunch then later we decided to stay there. SO FUN! worth missing the games even if I did want to see the two goals the English made.
Cologne was so fun. We went cause my dad wanted to show us procession (the different groups walking into the church with those relighious looking flags(no idea what it's called). It was cool, but that was probably cause of the atmosphere. The cologne cathedral is beautiful and the city was full of fans! So many English people in pubs. So many people walking around with jerseys. I love Germany and the way we have hundreds of sausages here. How they put a foot long sausage in a piece of bread that's the size of my palm. I love it! While walking around we spotted a booth with a beer holder around your neck! It looks like those cellphone holders that are socks but this one had the colors of the german flag and it could fit a beer glass or bottle. AWESOME! we bought it, supposed to be for my brother but I ended up using it... Today was the first time I've had a beer with my dad in a resaturant. Not just a radler(beer and sprite) but kolsch! HAHA after 2 big glasses of kolsch I was tipsy. My eyes were slightly red and my face was warm. What's new. It was fun! i even got to steal my first beer glass. hehe. Especially since I bought a plastic trumpet. It's cool. AH, I loved it. The beer was good and I don't usually drink beer when I'm in manila but there's something about the beer here that makes it different..maybe cause it wasn't pils. After beer drinking and sausage eating, my sister and I walked around for abour 2 and a half hours until we met our parents again.
As soon as I saw my dad he wanted to take me into the sports shop, inside we saw the away jersey of germany. haha, My dad actually bought it for me sually he complains cause the jerseys are kind of expensive but then again It's worth it. I'll be using these jerseys a lot. They're so nice=). This one is Red with a little bit of black on the side. Beautiful. After we bought the jersey, we went to go have dinner. My dad saw this snake stuff toy with the colors of the german flag and found it 'cute' so he bought it for me. funny.
After dinner, we went home but not until after a quick stop to the cologne stadium so I'm at least familiar with the area. It looks so cool from a far. I can't wait!!!! shit! so excited! 5 more days until the game!!! 3 more days until coach comes!! woot woot!
going to watch the sweden- paraguay game now.
