Edward
Edward's doing pretty good, although that might change depending on how her birthday surprise for Faye turns out. If it goes well, she will feel more settled, like she's starting to get a hold on that whole family thing that she's edging towards. But if the birthday doesn't go well, she's going to retreat further into Radical Edward, a little more of the manic pixie persona that is her normal default. After the age-switch, she's starting to realize that she's not-quite-normal - at least when it comes to other people. Françoise was a lot more... grounded than Edward is and part of her wants to be that person she kinda remembers. She thinks family is an important part of that which is why she made the effort for Faye. If things go bad with Faye, she might turn to Anatoly for support since he's becoming like a father to her.
But regardless of all that, thanks to Helena, there will be SKATEBOARDING. Edward is going to love it, but her skill level might be...debatable. In fact, it may or may not result in a broken limb, I haven't decided yet.
After I know how the b-day is going to turn out, I think she's gonna get an EP this month, but I make no guarantees.
Power plot? Probably not. She's fine on her own.
Rachel Grey
Oh, God, I don't even. After what happened in Rapture, she's officially in therapy with Will which is a positive thing, but not something she's going to talk about openly. She's still trying to categorize exactly what happened in her head and deal with the guilt she feels. All of this means she's a bit withdrawn at the moment, the only people she would be actively seeking out are Nathan, Gabrielle, and McCoy - which is a problem all on it's own.
She cares about McCoy, he's become almost a father-figure to her (which brings up a different set of issues) and she's going out of her way to check on him. But she's also extremely worried about him, his withdrawn nature and especially his drinking. She also feels like she is the LAST person who should be saying anything, but she can't help it.
As for plans for her, I think I'm going to send her to the rave - it's happening right by where she lives, so she'll be naturally curious. But I have no idea what I want to happen when she's there so I'm open to suggestions. A connected (or not) idea is that I'd like her to flirt with the idea of a relationship, which I think would go one of two ways: it would be a stabilizing thing or it could make things so much worse if it tanks.
Power plot? Oh, hell, yes. Especially after Rapture, I'm curious to see what it will do to her.
Trixa Iktomi
Trixa just got her item, the feather of Leo's that Leo gave her. It's rattled her cage, but she's trying not to let it show. It's pulling her thoughts back home, back to who and what she is which is making it harder to keep her denial in check. She's been pretending that this is a vacation, she's just hanging out until she goes home. But with the item in her hand, it's like the island is telling her to get comfortable. Which for her means going back to business.
So... anyone have any pups that need to be taken down a rung or six? Trixa's looking for someone to play with. It doesn't have to be serious, she scales the punishment to the crime, but I don't want anything that's seriously traceable back to her... yet.
In terms of relationships, she's liking the friendships she has with Freddie and Helen, she's looking forward to verbally (physically?) sparring with Tesla and Ishiah is still the person she looks to when she needs to be reminded that this place is real. The only person she's on the fence about is Gwaine - she's attracted to him, he's fun, but she doesn't (really) want a relationship, she doesn't need it. Also, I think I need to toss her at Loki sometime just for the sheer shock it will give her to run into an alternate version of Leo.
Now that she has her hut refurbished and re-vamped she's going to work some more on her specialty liquor production, I'm thinking tasting party? Anyone?
Power plot? Maybe. depending on what she got, it could just be another reminder of what she's lost back home, or it could be a chance for her to play and have fun.
The Future
I will be apping Connor Temple from Primeval. The idea of having him on an island with dinosaurs and all the other craziness is way too tempting. The timing depends on a) me finally picking a canon-point ot pull him from and when his twoo wuv is available to come with him. I just can't play Connor without Abby to keep him safe in check.
Also, I had way too much fun playing Brigid Tenenbaum for the Rapture plot, so she's suddenly become a viable possibility in my head. I... yeah. I don't know how that would work, but I miss the crazy scientist bitch. (Although there were things in the recent Rapture novel that are screwing with my head!canon of her, but that's a "minor" issue.)
I also have a certain vampire in my head, but I know someone else wants to app her and since I have no idea if or when I would have the time to app her, I'm more than happy to let her go if I can't get to her.
