Since I fail at 30 days memes here is a 2009 survey.
1. What did you do in 2009 that you'd never done before? Got a degree, it's only an AA but it's a degree nonetheless!
2. Did you keep the new years resolution you made last year? Yes, I was rather resolute.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth? Only one birth I know of, some friends from down south.
4. Did anyone close to you die? Still have never felt the touch of death come anywhere near me... it worries me because I'm worries I might lose my shit.
5. What countries did you visit? AMURRICA
6. What would you like to have in 2010 that you lacked in 2009? Winning the lottery, finding a girlfriend who withstands the three month test, maybe jump out of a plane or something else fun. (:
7. What dates from 2009 will remain etched upon your memory? I don't 'do' dates... I remember things in a more relative manner, only one really comes to mind and it's none of your business.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? Finally moved out into the real world and started big-boy school.
9. What was your biggest failure? Can't say I really feel like I had much failure... if I did then I don't see it as such.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury? Nothing too terrible comes to mind.
11. What was the best thing you bought? Probably my new bicycle... hope to replace it again soon. (:
12. Whose behavior merited celebration? My family for their support during rough times this year.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? My father had a bad bout of depression which he thankfully got over, had me pretty stressed. Also notable, my roommates who bailed on me and our lease with almost no notice.
14. Where did most of your money go? My damn car... god I hope I"m rid of it soon.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? MOVING!
16. What song will always remind you of 2009? Gosh, so much new music I've gotten addicted to this year, boards of canada, dub fx, the lonely island... take your pick.
