heroes always pay in their blood
sooo, i just met with pat.
initially, we (i say 'we', but i of course mean 'i') were going to just withdraw from all my classes. but then we started talking about incompletes, and then my Religion professor happened to be here.... and everything just kind of wooshed into place.
i'm staying in my Religion class (haha, funny, since that's THE class i ever had a REASON [no matter how lame] to not go to, lol). prof whitmore is gonna help get me caught up and stuff.
i'm taking incomplete's in both my Civs. because... yeah, i just have no motivation to try and get caught up in those classes. but being able to start them over... it'll definitely help.
and, the best part? i get to keep working here :)
i'm so.... i dont know. 'happy' really doesnt describe it at all. that's too... light. it's not really a joy type of feeling. it's.... optimistic/determined/satisfied. i guess? i dont really know.
buuuut yes. i suppose i am happy. one class a week, workstudy monday/wednesday/friday... i can survive this semester. and that notion was fairly iffy there for a while.
and then next semester i'll take the civs again... maybe take the stupid math class i have to take... and... yeah. we'll see what that 4th course'll be. i'm not sure yet. hopefully something with whitmore...

but, yes.

also? pat's making me go to four sessions with the campus counselor. wooooohoooo, lol. there's nothing he/she can do to help me. i've already had other professionals, family, friends, EVERYONE ON THE PLANET help me, give me advice, etc etc. but oh well, it'll make her happy, and it'll be during workstudy time, so i'll get paid to go.

i think DAN, of all my workstudy guys, just convinced me to stay in my civs... atleast Western civ.
i'm hoping this isnt one of my "good" days. because that means that i'll have another "bad" day. i'm hoping that this is just a day. just a normal day, a day that will be like all the rest of the days this semester.

which is a class i dont ACTUALLY need... so maybe i'll just withdraw from that? i dunno.
