[Twelfth] - And Watch the Smiles Dissolve
[Early in the evening--while the sun is still up, but the day has cooled off a bit--Kallen can be found at John Doe park. She's exploring the exciting new sport of golf, having seen it on TV. A bag of used clubs sits on the grass beside her while she currently wields a 6 iron. She's acquired a bucket of balls and a few tees.
She's aiming for the statue of the mayor about a hundred yards out--"aiming for" being the key phrase, because her shots are consistently wild. She's not going to swing with someone right in her path, but some of her shots are bad enough that they might whiz by even if you're not anywhere close.
With every shot, she appears to be getting more and more frustrated. But alas! She won't give up--not yet, at least.]
