Random Entry # Eleventy Billion
1. So Halloween is coming up. I already decided what I wanted to be this year but recently I decided to change it a bit. Originally I was going to be a 50s house wife, you know a simple dress, maybe a flippy wig. Now... I'm going to be a ZOMBIE!50s house wife. Why? Personally I blame Comicon and Zombieland.
2. Speaking of Comicon, I didn't spend a lot of time but I did have fun. Got some DVDs, a Ryuk plushie, got to see a couple of my high school friends, and got a gift for my brother since he couldn't go. I had some nice chats with the people at their booths and I'm happy with what I was able to get. ^_^
3. Birthday is coming soon! WOOHOO! I'm hoping and crossing my fingers that this will be the year I finally get a tablet.
4. So... apparently I had met a celebrity! O_O
When I was working a couple nights ago, I was all frazzled and stressed from being assigned right in the middle of a big rush. I waited on this one guy, nothing special, he paid for the not-so-expensive meal with a $100 (I tried to not show my annoyance) and when he walked off and I pulled myself together, one of my managers comes up to me and asks me if I knew who that was.
Apparently that was Jake Gyllenhaal! Okay I'll be honest, I'm not too familiar with his stuff, I know he was in Donnie Darko and Brokeback Mountain (neither of which have I seen) but still it was really surprising. O_O
