Man, it has been a long time since I have updated. You know how it is life graps you by the arm and drags you to where it wants not giving you time to breath or do what you want!!

So I have been ok, this weekend I got a little CRAZY lets just leave it at that!! In other news

I have yet to break 200... ERRRRRRrrrr i float around 200-201.8 even when I go to the gym, damn it I will get down to 190 before May 16th. It is annoying so I have actually been cooking my dinners or lunch and we will see if this works. I also need to watch snacking.  But it is getting sooooo annoying. I need to lose about 40-50lb for next May 2008 and i know I can do it. 10lb a month should not be that hard. What is so hard is getting healthy food that has a good amount of  Protein. getting protein and a variety is differicult
