How's life been treating everyone? Hope you're all doing fine.
I've been busy for the past year. Law school was what I expected and not expected it to be. School work was hard and some of the professors seem to make it their daily goal to assign us 50 reading materials per day. It was still bearable as I was lucky to have classmates who are full time students who were willing to share their digested/summarized readings to us working students.
I guess we've been comfortable with each other since day 1 that we've all made it our career goal to commiserate through law school and the bar exams together. Or it must be the obscene amounts of junk food and coffee us working students kept on bringing during study groups that make them stick with us. Yeah, must be the food. ;)
Anyway, i've been catching up on readings (fiction and fanfiction, I've had enough legal readings to last me a lifetime for now)... and i've been immersing myself in the wonderful world of A Song of Ice and Fire. I'm probably done with a third of book one and been trying to keep myself off the Game of Thrones TV series as much as possible. Try being the operative word here. The temptation to watch the series before finishing the original trilogy (but I am so glad I have a Feast of Crows in ebook as well teehee!) is too much when I am surrounded by GoT obsessed friends posting season 4 spoilers on their Social Media pages. So yeah, it sucks but it's enough of an incentive for me to speed up on reading so I can finally watch the tv adaptation.
Hmmmm, and yeah, if there are any good fics you can rec for me to read (Drary, Everlark, Klaine, SNK, KKM or Naruto), i'd be grateful if you can send me a link.
