Leaving today...
I'm leaving today for my Alaska cruise! I'm very excited to finally be on my way. My cats, however, are very depressed that I'm leaving. :) They always seem to know when I'm going out of town. They mope around the house staring at me with these big pleading eyes that just beg me not to leave them alone. Strider sat staring at me as I carefully packed my suitcase - I didn't have the heart to scold him for getting up on a dresser where he is not supposed to be - before finally crawling up on the bed near the suitcase with his nose against the wall so he couldn't see me. At least that's the way I read his behavior! :)
Well, I'll miss you all! I doubt I'll be online too much as it's pretty expensive to get online aboard the ship, but I may check in from time to time. Otherwise I'll be back in about two weeks.
Oh, Rhapsody, I wanted to tell you I'm going on the Holland America Line, which is my favorite cruise company. We'll be on the Ryndam. I was watching a little video last night and I thought of you. :)
