I actually totally agree with you. I am very much pro-life, because there just isn't ever any excuse to end a life before it can ever begin. How can you willingly kill someone who hasn't had the chance to live? I can't stand the thought.

My mother had a miscarriage before she got pregnant with my sister, and there was a very good chance that she and/or the baby might not survive because of complications from the first pregnancy. But she got pregnant again, and she carried through the term.

And then she did it again, when she got pregnant with me. I'm forever grateful to her, because she willingly risked her life to make sure I got to live mine.

I'm very, very, sorry about your mother. I can't imagine how that must feel, but I'm proud of you for being thankful to her, and for supporting her decision by standing up for what you believe in. It's hard to form a strong opinion on a subject like this, when you have people harping on you for it, no matter what side you take, but I'm glad to see you openly stating how you feel.

It's refreshing. :)
