Blue Monarch (Prologue & Act 1)
First things first, many many thanks to arcanusvitae for your wonderful beta-reading. You really helped me put together a more effective story.
Now for the warnings. I don't imagine that this story will be too popular for any fan of Ai Yori Aoshi. I break up the main canon coupling, Aoi and Kaoru, and there will be lots of angst stemming from said break up. As well, there is an original character (or two, or three...), so those who don't like OCs can take this into consideration.
Acts of the story will be broken up and posted on separate entries. Copious notes at the end of the story.

Story has been posted on FF.N, which is why I have removed the story from LJ. The purpose of this LJ is to post stories that I won't be releasing on FF.N, just as a sounding board for all my stray ideas and whatnot.
