I love thunderstorms. They're so inspirational. As I did last time we had a storm in Waco, I made a nice cup of tea, which I sipped while watching the rain and lightning from our balcony. It was beautiful. However, tonight I had the urge to go play in the rain-- spin around, jump in puddles. I threw on some flip flops and went down the stairs. I stepped in one huge puddle twice and did a few spins. The water was cold though, so I went back in.
To tell the truth, the reason why I went back in wasn't because the water was cold. It was because I had nobody to play in the rain with. I want somebody that will play in the rain with me.
I enjoyed V for Vendetta this evening. Thank goodness Pham came with us.
In addition to V for Vendetta, I also saw I <3 Huckabees and The Chumscrubber. I liked all of them.
It's nice to have a bed again and see friends so spontaneously. I wish I could do that at home.
I'm not sure I want to go to class tomorrow, especially if it's raining. I love the rain, but our campus + the rain = suckage. It floods, and when you're carrying all of your shit, it's not fun to play in the rain.
It's going to be damn near impossible to wake up in the morning. Wish me luck.
